I’ve recently been getting back into yoga—for now it’s a home yoga practice with my favorite youtube-yogi Adriene. For my May edit, I’m sharing her Yoga for Complete Beginners, a great 20 minute workout.
Why do I like Adriene? She’s all about "having an experience in your body," not short-cutting your way to an asana or form. She’s also about self-expression, and finding your own movement and creativity within the form. She’s grounded, warm—and clearly connects with others as her 2 million youtube subscribers attest.
