Catalyst or amplifier--which are you?

A change of pace this week….

I’m exploring an idea for a post for you about learning curves and goals, something I know that’s part of the relationship you have with your clients, customers, patients, or students.

Could you tell me: In the work that you do with clients, do you see yourself more as a catalyst (the agent that helps to bring about a specific change) or an amplifier (an agent that increases the magnitude of said change)?

I’d be grateful, if you could simply hit reply and sharewhen or where in your work do you most feel like a catalyst, and when or where like an amplifier?

Short phrases and list-style replies are welcome, to keep it light and easy! Got a story to share about how this relates to your work and the health + wellbeing you create—go ahead. I’m all ears.
